From Newcastle / A1
- Leave the A1 at junction 77, then at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A696.
- At Newcastle Airport Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A696. At the next round about continue straigh on by taking the first exit.
- Continue on the A696 until you reach Belsay Village, and turn right at the end of the village aftrer you pass the school on the right.
- Continue until you reach Bolam Lake and turn right on the sharp bend.
- Turn right heading for Bolam, and continue until you pass Bolam church on the left.
- Turn at the second right and keep going until you reach the end of the road.
- West Barn Pygmy Goats is at the end on the right.
