Bookings are subject to a 48hr cancellation policy and the slot date may be changed once. If not followed no refunds will be given.

All children must be over the age of 5 and accompanied by an adult. The adult is responsible for the child’s behaviour at all times.

During the experience, all guests must be aware that the farm is a working farm, and hazards will exist, visitors are only permitted in the visiting area for their and the farm’s safety.

The goats are farm animals and will behave in all manors and risks that come along with goats, the below must be agreed to and be remembered during the visit:

• All the goats have horns, because of this guests must not put their face/body over the goats’ horns as this may cause injury.
• Goats’ teeth, especially the back, can be sharp, so don’t stick your fingers in their mouth.
• Be aware the goats can butt each other at any point so having awareness of them around you is essential.
• Goats tend to lean on people when they are given food so guests must be stable on their feet. Seating can be provided if needed.
• The goats must be respected, if any inappropriate behaviour is seen you may be asked to leave

Only food supplied by us can be given to the goats.

Following the visit guests must use hand sanitizer or wash hands in the facilities provided.
